Rules:
You can:
1. Customise the design of the character.
2. Change the character's gender.
3. Change/create the character's name, backstory, lore, headcanon, etc.
4. Post the original adopt art with my watermarks/credits.
5. Claim the character as yours.
6. Resell the character at the same or lower price.
7. Gift the character.You cannot:
1. Resell the character at a higher price.
2. Claim the original art for the character as your own.
3. Sell the same character to multiple people.*
*(The same character being sold to more than one person leads to the loss of true ownership and rights over the character.)

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:All work is to be credited to myself @chinesechart and may not be claimed as your own. Payment is upfront and in full. You acknowledge that once the payment is made, you must allow for up to 8 weeks to receive your commission unless a deadline is agreed upon.
If you would like to cancel your commission past the sketch sending stage, a partial or full refund is granted.Other info:
The first update containing the finished sketch will be sent as soon as it's ready, this is the stage where you can ask for any major/minor changes. If this is the case, additional sketches will be sent with the revisions until you are satisfied. Any additional updates will be sent accordingly.

1. I hold a strict 7-day return policy, which means that you have 7 days to return this character to me and get a full refund.
a) If you do, you will lose all rights over the character, as well as all art of the character made by me, and it will be back in my possession.
b) You cannot claim the character as yours anymore.
c) You cannot publish yours /or someone else's altered design of the character without my credit.
d) You cannot sell the character, or their altered design, further.
2. If you have made or commissioned art of the character, or their altered design, you may keep it and post it with credit to me and the artists of the other art piece(s). You own the commissioned art, but not the character itself.
3. You cannot get a refund on the adoptable character after the 7-day policy expires.*(The same character being sold to more than one person leads to the loss of true ownership and rights over the character.)
